Very quaint, fits with the area. Beautiful landscaping and flowers. Our room had a "cottage" feel, and I loved the fireplace and vanity area. The complimentary breakfast was nice, enjoyed the lounge area near the lobby. Downsides were, parking could be a challenge, stairs everywhere and no elevator, or person to help carry your luggage, no dedicated phone charging area in room, and lots of weird levels to watch out for to not trip. Not recommended for handicapped or people with walking issues.

This hotel is in a great location just on Ocean avenue and near the beach and places to eat. Parking is a challenge as there are limited spots in a cramped parking lot. Breakfast is bare bones. The staff is nice but there are pros and cons with staying here. Walls are thin but the bathrooms are updated. It is well-priced for Carmel.
