Alojamento Central II

Central location. Big room, much bigger than the pictures. Microwave included. Breakfast terrace view is amazing. Not bad selection of breakfast fare. 24 hour reception very handy for my late flight arrival. Sea view from the room was unexpected. Very good value for money. Good for a one night stay but probably not more than that.

Very hot room, no fan. Mosquitoes unfortunately. Mattress not the most comfortable. Thin walls, could hear other guests TV and tiktok until late.

* great location, close both to downtown, the bus stops and the seaside, * friendly and helpful receptionists, * reception available 24/24h, * great views to the ocean from the terrace, * big room with plenty of space

* noise from the street; * worn-out bed linen and towels, old and very basic furniture in the room; * no air conditioning (which is clearly mentioned in the description), I got a fan from the receptionist but it is difficult to cool down a big room with a fan; * I found insects in the bathroom when I got back after 10pm (-), the receptionist acknowledged the situation and called the cleaning lady (+), they were fully booked that night so I had to stay that night in room smelling of chemicals (-), they moved me to a different room the next day (+); * bland and basic breakfast and it is the same food every day. I am price-sensitive and I needed a place with good location where I didn't intend to spend much time so I put up with the limitations for the price and location and this way this accommodation worked for me.

The location and the friendly staff.
