The experience was amazing, my mom really enjoyed her birthday surprise. The atmosphere was amazing and the Oasis area is exquisite.

I do not like the additional fee to check in 1 hour early, $49.99 seems a tad overpriced.

The room itself was beautiful, the drinks were strong and well priced, Sandhill express was great. Taryn helped us check in and Amanda helped me set up my reservation on the phone and they were so kind and helpful.

- so much of this place is poorly planned and key items seem like afterthoughts. Like the pool (and swim up bar, the main thing you advertise) being closed because of a band playing, so no one can enjoy it? Bands were advertised to play almost every weekend based on what we saw. That's not going to give anyone visiting for 1 night a chance to use the pool. Or the breakfast buffet. Turning the Sandhill bar into a buffet is so tacky. Have a deaignated space for a breakfast bar, like your actual buffet area. - the food was awful for the price, consistently across every restaurant. And some of them were subpar for cleanliness. 131 had trash and dishes piling up at almost every table that no one was clearing, so we had to hunt for a clean table. Lucky Dragon's plastic chopsticks felt cheap and made me wonder if they were reused between people, and the food itself was so bland and tough there, plus they forgot my rice. Sandhill was very clean but expensive for basic items, and forgot my breakfast side. These places seem understaffed and chaotic, and it shows, despite how nice all of the staff are. - There was no fitted sheet on our beds, only a bedbug cover. So either the bedbug cover is removed each cleaning, or we slept on the same cover other people had... Gross.
