The Space:

This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence welcomes you with a grand staircase leading to the parlor floor, where 12-foot ceilings, three oversized windows, and a marble fireplace create an open, loft-like living space. A piano adds a touch of elegance, while the open chef’s kitchen, featuring a center island, flows seamlessly to a deck with direct access to a private, landscaped outdoor space which includes a BBQ grill and comfortable seating for casual entertaining.



The upper levels offer four spacious bedrooms, a versatile office or den, and four and a half baths. The luxurious primary suite includes a five-piece en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub, providing a spa-like retreat. Located in the heart of Gramercy, this exceptional home is just moments from top dining, shopping, and local attractions.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Gramercy, one of Manhattan's most historic and serene neighborhoods, is known for its tree-lined streets, elegant brownstones, and the exclusive Gramercy Park. Blending quiet sophistication with urban convenience, it offers iconic architecture, cultural landmarks, and proximity to Union Square.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.







Security Deposit:



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
