We had a wonderful stay at the Downtown Gem. Anthony was a great host - easy to communicate with and thoughtful about what amenities and the extras that were provided. The highlight for us was the fire table in the backyard. We caught a rainy weekend and it was wonderful to still have a place to enjoy some fresh air while being protected from the bugs and rain. The property is as described in the listing. Definitely a 5-star stay. The place was great, but knowing the host is so vested in you having a good experience is the best. Book with confidence!

Close proximity to downtown, and tons of amenities!

We loved our stay. The home was spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen very clean. The beds were very comfortable The host was so gracious enough to provide information of what to see or what to do nearby. When we needed information he replied back right away. I would differently want to stay here whenever, I comeback to Charlotte.

This house was equipped with everything that you needed - start supplies of items as well -Speaking to the host Anthony was easy and he responded quickly - we had a great time vacationing here !
