We enjoyed our big family vacation. The family loved the pool at the house, being walking distance to the resort. It’s also close to the parks. The house needs some updating. If you are looking for a game room for your kids the pictures in the listing are old. The game room no longer has 2 driving/motorcycle games as shown and half the games didn’t work correctly when we were there. The host responded quickly to our concerns and even though there were some things out of their control they were very helpful.

Beautiful home, plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together! Host was very easy to work with! Loved our stay

This home had the potential to be an excellent vacation rental. The layout was great, and it offered amenities that were a big part of why we chose it for our family trip. Unfortunately, several of those amenities were either not working or only partially functional during our stay. One of the biggest disappointments was the arcade games. We specifically chose this property because they were a major selling point for our group of six kids. After reaching out for assistance, we never received support to get them working, so the kids were unable to enjoy one of the home's main attractions. The hot tub was another significant issue. It only worked for two of our seven days, which was especially disappointing for the adults in our group who were looking forward to relaxing after long days at the parks. We also had to request additional cleaning after arrival. While the property management did respond and sent service technicians for the issues we reported, the house was never fully functioning during our stay, which took away from the overall experience. Finally, while we appreciated the gated community and the added security, getting through the gate each evening often involved long waits. After spending all day at the parks, waiting 20–30 minutes to get back to the house was frustrating.
