Very spacious, beautiful house -- more than adequate for our five kids, their spouses, and our 15 grandchildren. Pool was fine for our younger group (no, we did not need it heated... in Orlando... in June). Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's on the development, not the property owner, and we did not have any real trouble despite having six cars with only five parking passes permitted. And the people running the gate were great.The house did not have an outdoor grill of any kind; that was an unpleasant surprise. We'd never had a house without a grill before. It also could have benefitted from a few more chairs, both in the bedrooms and common areas -- but the huge couch in the main room was appreciated and well-used. We had a couple of mechanical problems, but nothing we couldn't work around, and the host was responsive when we brought issues to the fore.On a big family vacation like this, the house must be the star. This house succeeded.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was awesome — very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was in great condition, and it was clear that the property is taken care of thoughtfully.The management team was also prompt and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, which we truly appreciated and which made our stay smooth and comfortable.The only area for improvement would be the availability of basic supplies. For guests traveling on vacation — especially those driving long distances or flying in from thousands of miles away — it would be extremely helpful to have essential items such as adequate towels, bath tissue, hand soap, and basic bath/shower supplies readily available. After paying a significant amount for a stay, having to immediately shop for basic necessities can be inconvenient.Overall, it was a great experience, and with a few added essentials, it would be absolutely perfect.
