Not one complaint the place was perfect!

The house was even better than expected. The ground level was perfect for my elderly mother. 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room all ground level. The main level of the house was well laid out and comfortable. Sea Isle fishing pier and marina were within walking distance.

The house was great for me and my family! Plenty of room and the deck over the canal was great for morning coffee and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach! The owner was absolutely great answered all our questions and helped along the way! We will definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our annual framily vacation. The ceiling-to-floor windows made you feel like you were at the beach even inside in the A/C. Well-designed layout with rooms & bathrooms upstairs & downstairs accommodated everyone. Backed up to the canal and minutes from the beach was the best location possible. Even access to the community fishing pier, which we took advantage of. The local neighbors and visiting neighbors were all friendly, helpful, & respectful. The owner was very quick to respond and very courteous. This is definitely on our list of repeat visit locations.
