The house was clean and spacious. Our family was comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed the terrace in the afternoons and the bottom floor was great for happy hour. Barbecue was clean and the outside bathroom was clean and new. The only thing that needs to be changed areboth refrigerators. The small refrigerator does not cool enough but the freezer is good. The kitchen refrigerator is really old. Overall everything else was great. I’m glad Fort Myers is rebuilding again and we can enjoy their beaches

Property was as described. The views from the house were impeccable. The beach was very private. You should expect a little bit of a walk. Everything was provided. Beach chairs and wagon were available.House is very clean. The beds were very comfortable.It was a great getaway for rest and relaxation.Our host Nikki responded right away when we had some questions.Our plan is to return sometime in the fall.

While the house was perfect for our family of 9 it does need some updates. We realized a few days into our stay that the refrigerator wasn’t working. We contacted Roelens and they were extremely quickly to answer back and come out to look at it. However somewhere communication was lost or maintenance didn't do their part. They were supposed to bring up another refrigerator so we didn’t lose anymore food than we already had and that never happened. Other than not having a properly working refrigerator the views were gorgeous and we had a fantastic time.
