We stayed here for a girls trip. The location to the beach was a short walk, beach access and available seating areas was small due to private ocean front properties. The room has a large balcony, the kitchen could have had more items for use and extra trash bags. Overall we would go back!

The location and the accommodations were excellent! We had everything we needed. The grounds were nice and very well kept. Everything was super simple as far as access, checking in, and checking out. We will definitely return for another stay!

Grand perfect layout for our small family of four with one bedroom and then the two bunk beds in the hallway for the kids. Nice and close to the beach with easy access with only one one dead-end road crossing to get there. The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed to feel right at home and cook most of our meals "at home." The coded and gated parking is nice for security, especially if you have bikes or cargo boxes on your vehicle. We have stayed here before and didn't have to go anywhere to to check in, just straight to the room. For this particular stay. We had to go to Perdido Realty's office to get the vehicle pass and check-in materials, not a big deal since it's nice and close but slightly more deal than just being able to go straight to the room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!
