Great family vacation home. Beautiful ocean view and the pool was the best added touch. Very clean property and was a great choice for Destin location!

Beautiful home and a great location with easy beach access. The elevator was convenient getting luggage up to the 3rd floor. Loved that there is a laundry room on the 1st and 3rd floors.

The view from the ocean is across the street. The Neighbors across the street have a lot of vehicles and park in the street which is not allowed by the HOA rules.

For what I paid, I would have expected much better quality in furnishings, bed linens and bath linens. The furniture was very old and well used. The only thing that met my expectations was the well equipped kitchen, although a toaster would have been nice. The toaster oven was very difficult to use because of its age. The light around the pool did not come on until after 5 days we realized a circuit breaker was off. The management company’s front desk woman was very abrasive when we called to tell them the outside lights didn’t work. . To summarize, I expected a lot more to reflect the money I paid!
