location was perfect for the town and river - the staff were so very welcoming and helpful - a lovely vibe to the place and the busy pub in the evening with locals and visitors created a great ambience - room was wonderful, beautifully decorated and the little touches were appreciated

Everything, the room was very comfortable with nice snacks included and plenty of tea and coffee. The food at the restaurant also excellent. The location was also perfect as well as the staff.

I guess the only negative thing was a lack of parking but didn’t affect our experience.

Location

The room was poor and they gave us an accessibility room despite our protests. The room was very small and dark, bathroom was almost unusable due to mirror being too low & shower poor quality and the staff simply were not interested. They are more interested in the bar and restaurant than the rooms.
