Andy was a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. My family booked for a week and the house was clean upon arrival and all the rooms were neat and tidy. There were little items left on the bathroom counters that are sometimes forgotten when going on a vacation. The pool was bigger than we expected and my family had So much fun! The check in/access to the house was seamless. Between the house Andy provided and the Wilmington area, this was the best family vacation we’ve had in several years. If we’re ever looking in the Wilmington area again, we will definitely be booking here!

We had a great time and the house was very comfortable. Andy is a great host, always responding quickly and very friendly. We will come back

This home was perfect for my family and the host was great. It was clean and well cared for. I was very pleasantly surprised at the accessible shower in the master bath. It was not listed as such but the tub in the other bathroom. was too high for my brother to lift his leg over as he has mobility issues. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walking my dog around it. We brought a 4ft tall Christmas tree and there was enough room to put it up! I would stay here again!
