The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests, and on the first floor 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.Outdoor facilitiesThe most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa. ***Heated Pool PolicyThe swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
