The staff were so helpful and friendly before and during my stay everyone was so helpful from recommending so brilliant restaurants to booking a transfer to Pompeii. The location was brilliant in the centre of historic Naples with numerous restaurants, cafes, museums and shops all within walking distance. I was a solo traveler and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay! Thank you all so much!

Central location very clean and extremely comfortable

The room was great. The location felt a bit unsafe as a tourist, and I would not stay there again due to this. First, the good- the room was beautiful, very clean, and elegant! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They booked an early morning taxi for us to the airport. The location, however, was not what we expected. The entrance to the hotel is on a narrow alley/street with quite a bit of car traffic. Our taxi driver had a hard time finding it. When you step out of the building, you are literally in the street with cars and scooters wizzing by you. There is no lobby, so you have to message the host to meet you there for check-in. The area outside the building is dirty with garbage on the street and questionable looking people roaming around mid afternoon. The area felt unsafe. This was our 3rd trip to Italy, and the first time we felt uneasy. Thankfully, we were just spending the night before an early flight home. Side note, Naples airport was incredibly busy even at 4:30 a.m. with long lines and chaos! Be prepared.
