This bright and modern 2-room ground-floor vacation apartment offers space for 4 guests across approximately 55 square meters of living space.
It features an appealing layout: the living and dining areas are open to each other, and a separate dining nook along with a cozy living area featuring a comfortable couch create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a satellite TV for your entertainment. An additional sleeping space is created when you pull out the sofa (120x200).
You can access the furnished south-facing terrace from the living room.
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200). It also features a spacious closet.
In addition to a shower and a toilet, the bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Special Features

This ground-floor apartment is accessible via a separate entrance on the gable end of the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is allowed only outside on the terrace.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by four people, including utilities.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
