- Deposit: 20% within 7 days; - Balance due: 8 weeks before arrival
Once your booking is confirmed (by phone or online), we’ll immediately send you your personal booking documents via email or, upon request, by mail.
Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the total cost of the booked accommodations. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located right in the historic center of Wismar’s Old Town and is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, surrounded by famous churches and old houses. All shopping options are within walking distance, so there’s no need to travel far. Many street cafés invite you to linger. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. The market square is just a 2-minute walk away.
Amenities in the vacation rental (approx. 34 m²)
• 1 living room/bedroom with a sofa bed that converts into a full-size bed with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table
• 1 kitchen (4-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, dish towels, silverware)
• 1 bathroom with toilet/shower, washing machine, hair dryer
• Hallway with coat rack
• Free Wi-Fi, bike storage in the stairwell
• Wismar’s market square with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants just a few meters away
• Bicycle rentals near you
• Edeka supermarket or a convenience store open daily with groceries and newspapers right in your neighborhood
Your apartment is a non-smoking unit and is located on the 1st floor. Pets are not allowed.

Parking Information
You may always briefly unload your luggage at the vacation rental (Großschmiedestraße).
After unloading, please use either the paid parking lot about 450 meters away on Turmstraße or the free parking lot at the Hochbrücke, about 550 meters away.
