The modernly furnished, 80-square-meter, 3-roomis located in the basement and features excellent amenities for up to 4 guests, ensuring an unforgettable vacation.
The comfortable corner sofa with matching ottomans in the modern living room invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers or relax while watching TV. On the furnished, covered southeast-facing terrace, which you can access from here, you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine.
With the comfortably equipped kitchen-diner, you can easily prepare your own meals during your vacation. You can then enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area, which offers plenty of seating.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious closet, and a desk; the guest/children’s room features two single beds. Here, too, you’ll find a closet and even another flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
Start your day in the large, modern, brightly tiled bathroom. Two windows provide additional natural light, and the accessible shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine offer plenty of convenience.

Special Features

There is an utility room on each floor in the hallway. Here, guests of the respective non-smoking apartments will find various cleaning supplies, which should be returned to their original places after use.

Bicycles

There is a shared, lockable bike shed for your bicycles [&] Co. with a power outlet for charging e-bikes (limited space). This shed is located behind the complex near the parking lots.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
