This 3-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers modern furnishings and amenities across approximately 80 square meters of living space for up to 4 guests.
The spacious and bright living area includes a high-quality kitchen with an adjoining dining area.
In the living room, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable on the couch. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system are available for your entertainment.

A glass door leads directly to the furnished southwest-facing terrace with an adjoining fenced-in yard. You’re also welcome to grill here (please bring your own grill).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a large closet, and another flat-screen TV. There’s also room for a travel crib here. The children’s room features two single beds (90x200 cm each), an additional couch (140x200 cm when unfolded), and a smaller wardrobe (with storage compartments).

In addition to two sinks, the bathroom features a walk-in shower and a corner bathtub. Feel free to use the washing machine here. The window provides pleasant natural light and makes it easy to air out the room, e.g., after showering or bathing.

Special Features

Not least because of its location, this non-smoking apartment is also very popular with our senior guests and those with mobility issues. But of course, it’s also in high demand among families. The bedrooms can be sufficiently darkened using the existing roller shutters. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed (No. 2) belonging to the apartment on the property. Bicycles [&] and other items can be safely stored here. The patio is partially fenced in (with a fence and hedge).

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter pack containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
