In this family-friendly 3-roomapartment on the first floor, up to 4 guests and one toddler can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation in 70 square meters of living space.
The living room features a cozy seating area, wooden furniture, and, of course, a flat-screen TV (satellite).
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a variety of helpful appliances for self-catering—from a microwave to a dishwasher—and a dining area next to the kitchen island.
The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm / height 56 cm), while the guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 100x200 cm / height 56 cm); all bed frames are adjustable. You’ll also find a wardrobe in each bedroom.
In the bathroom, a corner bathtub invites you to relax in comfortably warm water. A washing machine is also installed here. The window provides pleasant natural light and helps with ventilation after bathing or showering. The towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth in the bathroom.
You can access the furnished southwest-facing terrace from both the living room and the kitchen area.
Special Features

For our younger guests, this beachfront, non-smoking apartment provides a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress free of charge. Exterior shutters provide excellent shade in the rooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Behind the house, on the fenced-in property, there is a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed next to the house (for first floor and upper floor guests; limited space). Here, bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely.

A handcart is available for your use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear Guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax – the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
