Beautiful penthouse with spectacular ocean views and a rooftop terrace!
This comfortable penthouse, featuring spectacular ocean views and a spacious rooftop terrace wrapping around the building from south to west, is certainly one of the most sought-after vacation rentals in Westerland.
It consists of 3 rooms for up to 3–4 people and has a living area of approximately 75 m² on the top floor of the building (equivalent to the 4th floor). The spacious, wraparound rooftop terrace, complete with a beach chair (for 2 people) and patio furniture, offers a magnificent view of the North Sea and the dunes from nearly every angle.
From the entryway, you can access the living room, the bedroom, the reading or playroom, and the bathroom with a tub and separate toilet.
The living room (with access to the rooftop terrace) features a high-quality cream-colored leather sofa set (two-seater couch and 2 armchairs), a dining area, and a flat-screen cable TV.
The exclusive, new kitchen—accessible directly from the living room, featuring two windows and a granite countertop—is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction cooktop (4 burners), an oven with microwave function, and a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
The large bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with comfortable individual mattresses and access to the rooftop terrace. The
reading and game room features a desk, a dresser, and a single bed[nbsp][nbsp](sleeping area 0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be converted into a double bed (by pulling out a drawer), resulting in a new sleeping area of 1.60 x 2 m. This room also provides access to the rooftop terrace.
The like-new bathroom with a window features a bathtub with shower[nbsp][nbsp](glass partition), a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
The apartment includes an upper duplex garage (No. 10), which, however, is only suitable for certain cars (ATTENTION! Please follow the parking instructions regarding permitted vehicle dimensions! (Max. length: 4.90 m,[nbsp][nbsp]max. height: 1.50 m)).[nbsp][nbsp]
