This modern end-of-row house with Wi-Fi [&] a garden is located on Sanddornweg and offers plenty of space for a small family with children; the beach and the town center are within walking distance.

The end-of-row house at the entrance to Boltenhagen has three rooms spread across three levels. The 69-square-meter house can accommodate up to four guests plus one toddler.

The open-concept kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, and silverware. Among other things, you’ll find a blender, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and coffee maker.
The living area is divided into a dining area for 4 people and a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The couch can be pulled out if needed, providing an alternative sleeping option if you’d like to sleep separately (sleeping area when unfolded: 110x200 cm).
There is also a guest restroom with a window on the first floor.

On the first floor, which you reach via a tiled staircase, you can make yourself comfortable in the modern bedroom (180x200 cm) with a double bed and satellite TV. A closet is also available here for your vacation wardrobe. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed.
The brightly tiled bathroom on this floor is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. You can also use the washing machine and dryer here free of charge. The window provides natural light and makes it easy to air out the room, for example, after showering or bathing.

For 2 additional guests, there is an extra guest/children’s room in the attic—accessible via an open wooden staircase—with two separate single beds (each 90x200 cm).

The fenced-in property (fence, hedge) features a north-facing terrace with a grill and patio furniture.

Special Features

This non-smoking house offers free use of a washer and dryer. For younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress are available free of charge in the house. A changing pad is also provided.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
