The 65-square-meter, lovingly furnished 3-roomon the first floor features high-quality amenities for up to 3 guests.
In addition to the comfortable sofa, the living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system, as well as a beautiful wood-burning stove.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cooktop with oven, among other kitchen appliances. The separate dining area is perfect for long, leisurely meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm / height 52 cm), nightstands, and a wardrobe. The guest room features a comfortable single bed (90x200 cm / height 45 cm) and its own TV on the dresser.
The modern bathroom with a window features a shower, two sinks, a toilet, and heated floors.
Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on your furnished southwest-facing terrace.

Special Features

This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. Due to its size and layout, it’s also ideal for families with children. The built-in shutters are perfect for blocking out the light. The property is fenced in, and a beautiful wooden partition separates the two terraces. For our youngest guests, there is a high chair in the apartment available for free use.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed right next to the building entrance. This is shared by two households (first floor and upper floor). Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

A handcart is also available in the shed for free use by guests staying in Apartment 1.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens [&] towels.

Additional towel sets can be booked.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens [&] towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
