In this 70-square-meter, 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation with 4 adults and a toddler.

The living area features a cozy sofa set as well as entertainment electronics such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
All 4 guests are welcome to enjoy their meals together at the dining area.

The high-quality open kitchenette includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the guest/children’s room offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a closet.
The brightly tiled bathroom is a great place to start the day; the window provides plenty of natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after showering.
Two furnished balconies (facing northeast and southwest), one of which offers a sea view, round out this cozy vacation home in Boltenhagen. You’ll feel right at home here.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment is especially popular with families thanks to its amenities and location. A high chair is provided free of charge in the apartment for our youngest guests. A washing machine is available for your use in the communal laundry room in the basement. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is open to all guests (with limited space). There, you can safely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, which includes linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
