We had problems at first with the door code but called and Receptionist was able to help us out quickly. The pool heater did not work for two days, put in a work order and then eventually called and someone came out to fix issue. We also mentioned broken pool drain cover but that never was fixed and one of our guest jumped in pool and cut their foot on it. Hoping it gets fixed for next customers. We did enjoy our stay at the Sterling Stay and found it very accommodating for our group. Hoping to return in the future.

Perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool. Kitchen well stocked. Large living room for visiting.

Pool is very nice and surrounding decks with tables and chairs are great. Pool chairs are not comfortable. Very private pool and deck area.

Great house for our needs. Your team was very attentive.
