Mjólk Hotel

L’établissement est très bien placé et il est facile de se garer. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient très propres et très confortables. Le système de code fonctionne plutôt bien.

Nous étions deux personnes avec le même numéro de chambre ! Nous avions reçu deux messages avant notre arrivée avec deux numéros de chambre différents. Nous étions trois avec seulement de la vaisselle pour deux personnes et deux chaises.

Hard to find parking if you have a rental

New hotel, new furniture, bed, everything very clean and smells good.

The fact that there’s no one to assist you. There was one lady down in the laundry area, when I asked her a question, she rolled her eyes and dismissed me. Not interested at all in answering the question. The advertise says to contact the property via text. I did, they responded 6 hours later. They apologized and even offered a bottle of champagne. That was kind but doesn’t make up for the lack of timely assistance. This is not a traditional hotel. This will be a room for you to sleep and leave. That’s all. And for the price you pay (around $600.00 for 2 nights), I expected at least their responses to be faster. A tip for the owner, if you will have a “staff” around that will not help anyone, please come up with “stations” around the hotel where towers, toilet paper, ice, etc is available to anyone to grab and go. This way no one else will be subjected to rolling us and dismissive behavior.
