This was my 6th stay here in the last few years, it does exactly what it says on the "tin"..... excellent service, good VFM and the staff are exceptional...
Rooms are sometimes a little cramped when trying to sort out 2 adults and 2 full size suitcases, not a major issue if only staying for one night though...

The room was with a balcony and a view towards the ocean and panoramic view for some parts of the city. Only few steps away from the busstop of bus 12 where is the meeting point for a lot tours. We used the early check-in option. The room was large .
I missed the shower headset. The breakfast was modest and the coffee was paid.

I know Iceland is expensive, but this felt like a budget hotel for a luxury price. I booked late and there was minimal inventory in Reykjavik so my options were limited. Very pricey for the level of accommodation and lack of amenities. Okay breakfast. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Lots of tour/cruise groups.
