100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Absolutely everything, the staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, the pool on the 5th floor was a blast during the hot days and in the evenings.
If i come back to Hanoi someday, this place is at the top for me!
Location is perfect for restaurants, bars, shopping around.
Nothing really, everything was good.

Nice and clean and location close to everything you need.
The pool is not equipped with a fountain system and water is too cold.

We loved the breakfasts the staff (especially Lan), and the location was great in Old town/quarter.
The rooms were a little small but that did not affect our experience- the staff was superb!!

The hotel is clean. The staff is very kind. Everyone was so helpful and respectful. The hotel is beautiful. I love the sky bar and rooftop pool. Will definitely be booking at the same hotel again.
