Lovely old pub and inn in a quaint and pretty little village. The pub is well frequented by locals and for good reason…it’s very welcoming and comfortable. Both the Black Swan and the town were really friendly. The young woman on staff was amazing. If you go, check out the village store across the road!

Capable staff, and both staff and locals were very friendly.
Some lights didn't work in the bathroom, and they had no spares on site.
The bedroom lighting was low level but just about sufficient

Lovely location , clean and comfy all you need thought about. Excellent staff particularly Andy on arrival made us very welcomed and continue to be extremely helpful over the weekend , whenever we needed to sort things out. The food was also excellent in the pub . A very pleasant stay

Nice pub. Staff seemed nice, food was good.
I had a freezing cold shower in the morning. I asked about someone helping me close my window and no-one helped, I figured it out. When I left in the morning no-one had told me where to leave my key so I hope I left it in the right place.
