Botanic Garden

This is self-check-in in a relatively safe neighborhood near the Botanical Garden and walking distance to Museo Archeological. Fantastic Seafood Restaurant right across the street. The owner Allesandro was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet with the AC. Room was small but efficient and newly renovated. Coffee machine in rooms. Filtered water in taps in reception.

No breakfast until the breakfast room is ready in a couple of months. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight. Otherwise everything is fine.

Everything was spotless and brand new. Alex was very helpful to us!

I would not recommend travelling with the car to Napoli. Parking is extremely difficult or expensive!

I’m always very particular about the cleanliness of a place and this place was exceptionally clean! The room was well-designed and the facilities were fab! There was even a sparkling water tap in the lobby. The staff were so kind and they really cared that we enjoyed our stay. The street is loud but the windows did an amazing job at blocking the sound out - it was impressive. Would stay here again!

The mattress was a little on the firmer side for me but I know this is personal preference. The location is great for sightseeing but the general cleanliness of the surrounding area is quite poor. This is not something the hotel can control at all but worth a mention incase this matters to some guests. The street often has rubbish piling up and dog feces everywhere. So if you want a more up-market location then this may not be for you.

I really loved staying here with my family. Alessandro was such an amazing host and so accommodating when we needed to check in early. It is such a gift to arrive to a new place and be able to get a shower and a nap before starting your sight seeing. I was very thankful for this after a long flight. He checked up on us during the visit and had recommendations on the best places to see in Naples. The hotel is beautifully designed, quiet, and located in a very central location. It was easy to catch the bus (the bus stop is right outside the hotel!) and grab a taxi to the port and other locations. One thing to note is that the hotel is located within a building with multiple properties, look for the green door and use the address (as there is a hotel nearby with a similar name).
