The Space
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, furnished to ensure relaxation and tranquility after a day in the city. The living area with an open kitchen is the heart of the home: a cozy and inviting space where you can cook, dine together, or relax on the comfortable double sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing room.

The first bedroom is spacious and inviting, furnished with a double bed perfect for relaxation and an additional single bed—ideal for families or small groups who want to share the space without sacrificing comfort. A bright and relaxing space, perfect for recharging after a busy day.

The second bedroom features two single beds, an ideal setup for friends or colleagues who prefer to sleep separately but in the same room. Spacious and well-organized, it offers convenience and comfort in a peaceful atmosphere.

The living room, the heart of the home, transforms as needed thanks to the pull-out sofa bed, which becomes a comfortable double bed. During the day, it’s the perfect space to relax, chat, or watch a movie; at night, it transforms into a cozy sleeping area.

Each room is designed to offer versatile and comfortable accommodations, perfect for hosting up to 7 people in total comfort.

The functional and well-organized bathroom completes the apartment, offering everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay.

Guest Access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you the keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE WAIVED FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib rental service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€.
There is a charge of 15€ for separate beds.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
