The suite has one bedroom and an attached kitchen with a separate entrance. Each suite has its own bathroom. It is located 15 minutes from downtown and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The space
It is 10 minutes from downtown and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The suite is close to the light rail station (4 blocks away) and a three-stop ride to downtown. Its proximity to the College of Humanities, part of the University of Guadalajara, makes it an attractive place to stay.
We have tenants who are students at this prestigious school, and because of that, we offer them a special monthly rate.

Guest Access
There is a patio/rooftop on the third floor of the building, and guests are welcome to use it at any time. Although there is a suite directly below the patio/terrace, if you choose to spend time there, please be sure to relax quietly and avoid making too much noise so as not to disturb the tenants living below.

Other things to keep in mind
The room has its own modem, which means you shouldn’t have any problems with your Internet signal or speed, which is medium to high.


There is a gas stove for cooking; you’ll find it on the roof near the dome. If you notice that the gas has run out, please contact the host and we’ll replace it immediately.


There is a carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (CO and CO2) detector in your bedroom, located on top of the kitchen cabinet; please do not touch or remove it. If you notice that the detector alarm has gone off, stay calm, turn off the gas valve at the back of the stove (inside the kitchen cabinet), and let us know that there may be a gas-related issue.

For long-term stays (more than one week), we will provide cleaning service and a change of linens (sheets) once a week; and we will provide our guests with toilet paper and drinking water (water pitcher). Guests must inform the host in advance of the specific date and time when these services will be needed.



Please place your trash in the designated bins; you’ll find one on the third floor next to the terrace and one on the first floor inside the small wooden door under the stairs.

The bathroom faucets don’t work; they may come loose if you pull on them too hard. Do not try to force them; attempting to put them back in place could be dangerous. Don’t worry—we’ll take care of it.

There’s a dome above the kitchen; this dome has hinged windows to allow air to circulate. When temperatures are high, you can open or close these windows yourself—you just need to climb onto the roof to do so.
