The suite has one bedroom and a kitchen, with a separate entrance. Each suite has its own bathroom. It is located 15 minutes from downtown and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The space
It is 10 minutes from downtown and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The suite is close to the light rail station (4 blocks away) and a three-stop ride to downtown, and its proximity to the College of Humanities—part of the University of Guadalajara—makes it an attractive place to stay.
We have tenants who are students at this prestigious school, and as such, we offer them a special monthly rate.

Guest Access
There is a patio/rooftop on the third floor of the building, and guests are welcome to use it at any time. Although there is a suite located directly below the patio/terrace, if you choose to spend time there, please be sure to keep the noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the tenants living below.

Other things to keep in mind
You have your own modem in the room, which means you shouldn’t have any problems with your Internet signal or speed, which ranges from medium to high.

There’s a gas tank you can use for cooking; you’ll find it hidden under the kitchen counter. It may be closed when you arrive. If you notice that the gas has run out, please contact the host and we’ll replace it immediately.


There is a dome over the kitchen; this dome has folding windows to allow air to circulate. In hot weather, you can open or close these windows yourself; you just need to climb up onto the roof to do so.

For long-term stays of more than one week, we will provide cleaning services and change the sheets (linens) once a week; we will also provide our guests with toilet paper and drinking water (water pitcher). Guests must notify the host in advance of the specific date and time when these services will be needed.



Please place your trash in the designated bins; you can find one on the third floor next to the terrace, and one on the first floor inside the small wooden door under the stairs.


The bathroom doors may come off their hinges if you slide them too hard; do not try to force them back into place, as doing so can be dangerous. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.
