The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a double bed made with hotel-quality linens for your moments of rest. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need to cook: a stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, and utensils.

The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror and a sink. The toilet is separated.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

The elevator stops on the seventh floor, and guests will need to use the stairs to reach the eighth floor.

Please note that, due to the stairs, this property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

All you have to do now is put down your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
