Vindia was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and quiet with comfortable beds and a couch with beautiful surroundings!
The location was a little far from the falls but close to bus and downtown.

This was a beautiful old house in a nice residential area.
Plenty of parking on site. Vidia was very welcoming and helpful, and she made us feel very at home.
The furniture is traditional in keeping with the house, and our bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of quality towels. Our bed was very comfortable.
Vindia made a freshly cooked breakfast of our choice each morning, plus there was more to eat from the buffet with freshly brewed coffee.

Breakfast was terrific - hot portion and many accessory items (yogurt, fruit, pastry). Host (Vindia) is warm, friendly and helpful. The property is well presented inside and out. We make an annual trip to Shaw Festival in NOTL and this is our new "home base".

I loved the privacy and the location of the house. A very short walk to the river with a very pretty view, and a 15-25min walk to a view of the falls plus where the main strip is. I loved how comfortable and cosy the beds were and that we were offered a mini fridge and a kettle in our room. The shower was great and super clean. The option to have a hot breakfast sounded delightful and I’m sure many enjoyed.
There was a musty/moldy smell in our bathroom. It lingered to the entire room and made it tough to breathe. I didn’t see any physical mold and everything was pretty clean but the smell was not good. My partner and I do not eat meat, eggs, or dairy and there was no option on the menu for us. Expecting this we brought our own breakfast however it would have been nice to be offered toast or a bagel or an English muffin. The only vegan options were the watermelon, Clementines, and oat milk. Good thing we brought our own food (although we still paid the same as everyone else)
