Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

Great location, an easy walk the falls. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful with parking.

The first floor reception and dining areas are dated, a bit sad, not in keeping with the wonderful sightseeing location. Food options limited.

Clean and comfortable. The location is awesome. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Breakfast was not included. No hotel parking, $15/day parking in garage across the street.

The room location was good, the room was nice.my favorite is the outside patio off the 6th floor. Enjoyed hanging out there listening to the blues festival and watching the fireworks

I didnt like the loud noise from the heater/ air conditioner. It was 74 degrees inside and put it on 66 thats as low as it would go and it was still 73. It was on and off every 5 minutes and annoying. The breakfast this time thank god it was included be cause it wasn't worth $11.00 that they charge. We went down at 8:30 and it was a mess. And people were eating in front of the food and wouldn't move. Food was scarce and not hot and fruit was sour. The staff was not very happy in the restaurant and we're slamming g the dishes in the tubs and making comments out loud. Nothing like last year. 🥲
