Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

The breakfasts were outstanding, individually crafted with care and imagination. A lot of pride in the creations.
Any small concerns we mentioned to Cathy with our stay were dwelt with effectively and with genuine concern.
We didn’t anticipate the number of stairs to get to our top floor suite. But it was good exercise.

Loved the character of the building and the grounds were lovely. Location great and close walking distance to restaurants.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast included.
Our “Verandah” room. Disappointed with the condition of the room. Visible stains/discolouration on the carpets, dusty in areas and the queen size bed was extremely creaky and noisy.

The breakfast was very nice
The Hideaway room we were allocated. Not reflecting at all advertised photo (all have lights on) One window with broken blinds which was mentioned but left untouched. Extremely dark like in a basement…
