Great location, very cool old house.
Can definitely hear the other units in the house. This is understandable as it is an old house

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Handy parking.
Poor pulldown bed - uncomfortable. Room was disappointing: bed cum kitchen cum bath though shower and toilet were separate. Disappointing for money.
