Price was excellent.
Location is good.
The room, beds, linens & towels were clean & comfy.
In room coffee & fridge.
Complimentary parking.
Was not aware of the pool, sauna or gym facilities when booking. Would've brought my swim suit if I did!
Shower diverter controls malfunctioned and water temperature varied wildly from freezing cold to scalding hot after taps were simply opened. Shower curtain was hung too low and created a tripping/entanglement hazard.
One of the internet hotel search engines listed a continental breakfast included for this location.
Conversations from adjacent suites were clearly audible.

Check in went well. The room was clean and our towels were refreshed on request. The fridge was a large mini fridge and gave us plenty of space to pack a breakfast and freeze bottles for our cooler. We had a little issue with the room and the staff was phenomenal in dealing with it. While the issue was frustrating, the staff responded quickly and appropriately.

The staff were great and very accommodating. Room was big. Bed was reasonably comfortable but squeaky.
It had a kitchenette with basic implements so you could cook
It was a little bit dated. The area felt unsafe. I didn't feel like walking anywhere alone
