The Vic, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The location was great. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette and a nice view of the inner Harbour. Parking an asset. Staff accommodating. A restaurant within the facility.

Really can’t find fault…maybe only that it is aging gracefully. Updates very nice.

Good location for Victoria medical appointment. Parking available on site although this time round the surface of the lot was being redone so ended up ordering take out for supper, not wanting to leave for a meal and lose the space.. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on site.

The hostess was so great in communicating as the ferry arrival was going to be late & was unsure of when would arrive to Hotel in evening . He was flexible in accommodating me to a room on the lower floor for our needs ( big thank u)-Room 127 highly recommended! The room was above & beyond expectation …. Clean, modern, & bed was absolutely heavin after a long day of travels. The property includes a room for leisure to watch games on massive big screen TV with comfy lounging, foos ball table & free popcorn. They have a lovely diner just adjacent to Lobby,a Bar/Grill downstairs & liquor store just out front. If u have pets there is a medical facility just next door with beautiful Hazelnut trees ( at least I think that’s what they were)& ample grass space for pets to stretch & have some relief. 11/10- Will definitely be back soon.

If you’re from out of town look for “ The Vic Hotel & Boutique ” instead of what Booking. com shows u as name. Got a bit lost, but got some great help by stopping to ask locals.

paid 380.00 for the room and they wanted to charge me another $25 for breakfast

asked for a discount cause of it being a medical stay--they just ignored it parking for elderly is terrible--we had to park under ground then had to climb stairs to get to the vic--im a 81 year old senior with a wheel chair parking ticket but no good at this motel --all they want is the buck and to hell with the customer
