Dated building and no view, but great new rooms and great service.
Exit door through parking lot.

Helpful staff. Close to bus stop to city centre. Quiet location. Large room.
Would have liked a walk in shower. Not aware that shower would be over the bath.

Very nice property with great staff. Location is near downtown with good bus access to wherever you want to go in Victoria.

Location was easy to access. Rental car agent was on site with cars
Rooms were poorly serviced. We had to go to the front desk to request and pick up towels, toilet paper, Coffee, cups etc each day as well as ask each day to have the garbage cans emptied.
For the price of the room I felt the staff could do a room check each day to review the above items are replenished. I don’t require fresh bed linen each day or to have my bed made or the room straightened
