The beds are amazing

The king bed was great, but the lack of king sized pillows was not - 4 small, square pillows was odd. The shower head should be replaced as the flow and options were minimal. Eggs and yogurt at the continental breakfast were lovely.

The hotel was very accommodating as we arrived a night early after leaving a hotel which was dire in Tofino. The receptionist Francine was lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped. The bed was comfortable and as my husband had 'man flu' for a couple of days, it was needed. Underground parking was a bonus as the parking by the entrance got quite filled up. Dinner was quite nice and was very busy. I found it odd to have a restaurant open by reception and the foyer. It was nice if a bit old fashioned.

There is no breakfast to speak of during the week. You need to go out for breakfast. I also needed laundry doing but the hotel doesn't do this either. I had to send it out. No double glazing for noise which is a bit of a problem as it's right by a main road.
