convenient Location situated between 5th & Broadway with public transportation available & easy walk to theatre, Macys, the Village, restaurants, etc. Also has its own rooftop bar. Comfy bed; shower is terrific with great water pressure. nice lobby area.

it’s dated. the elevators are slow & inefficient; bathroom small

You know, we really liked the property’s old school charm. It’s a beautiful location, and the 14th floor terrace was really spacious. It created a warm and cozy atmosphere, and the Empire State Building view was a lovely touch. The staff were so kind, even accommodating a fridge and microwave request last minute. The facilities were great, and the location in K-Town was super convenient. We’d happily stay there again.

The arrival was challenging because there was no one outside to assist with luggage, and there were steps at the entrance without a ramp. Once inside, Mark at the front desk was very kind and arranged help with a luggage cart. He also helped with a fridge and microwave upon request. We did have to ask for extra pillows since we only had three between us. The room also felt a bit smaller than we expected, although the private terrace was a definite plus and made the space feel more comfortable.

Nothing I didn’t like! The rooms were a bit small for two but nothing bad!
