We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica. The location was fantastic, with the beach only around a 15-minute walk away, and the area felt very safe and welcoming. The staff were so lovely and friendly throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. The pool was also great and the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Santa Monica. Our room was fantastic and much larger than we expected, which was a really pleasant surprise. We also loved that the hotel offered the option to rent bikes and other equipment, making it really easy and convenient to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. A brilliant hotel in a great location with wonderful staff and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Santa Monica!

The only negative for us was the valet parking charge, as others have mentioned. It would be great to have a self-parking option at a lower daily rate, with valet remaining available for those who prefer it. We ended up using a car park a 5 to 10-minute walk away to avoid the higher charges, but aside from this, we had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful and the pool area was amazing. Relax area is comforting too.

Never did figure out the tv. What happened to hit a button and tv turns on.

Good location, sufficiently comfortable rooms.

This is an old property, which was refurbished but it still looks and feels dated. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity on any bar or restaurant check and the lack of motivation to give good service shows. I have worked for years in a restaurant and will always tip well but am vehemently opposed to automatic large gratuities like this as it demotivates servers. The customer ends up paying top gratuity for mediocre or bad service.
