Staff very helpful and pleasant. Always offering their delicious cookies 🍪. The room was very comfortable and clean. And loved their bus service every hour on the hour to and from the hospitals.
The breakfast was ok, but not worth for the money you pay for it and every morning it's exactly the same think. No changes. It is a complete breakfast.

Im a cancer patient at MD Anderson couldn't get a discount. I have to go back in Dec for surgery. I wish you offered a discount for MD Anderson very pricey. I ask staff at front desk. But no discount. I have stayed twice at this hotel. Plus parking is $20 day. So if your stat is 4 to 8 days that adds up for cancer patients and family.
The price for MD Anderson patients. I have surgery in Dec I travel four hour to get to Houston . I even joined the honors program but not much of a discount. PLus parking is $20 a day. Plus no breakfast! No incentives. Nora Chappell
