Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Washington by IHG

We've stayed here multiple times because of our daughter's school-related activities in Fredonia. The staff is friendly. It's a clean hotel. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel has decent food at a good price.

It is a bit pricey, though comparable to other hotels in that area. If I had any complaints, it would be the hotel not being near much of anything. Downtown Port Washington requires getting in the car. Even the McDonald's around the corner is a bit of a hike. Also wish the beforementioned bar/restaurant had access from inside the hotel rather than having to go outside in the cold/rain to get to it. Part of it is probably security but you could easily require a key card to get into the hotel from the restaurant.

Motel was a very basic motel, reasonably clean but could have used a little facelift in places.

Way over priced for a Holiday Inn Express in my experience. I realize motel prices in Port Washington are higher than some places but this one is way over priced.
