Two Tails Hotel Taipei

Great rooms and hotel, very big room and bed. They have free laundry service as well. Like any big hotel chain, good rooms and service. Subway to the metro is right under the hotel. And there is a mall as well under the hotel.

Far from the centre and need to take train/bus to all attractions but if you want to stay near to the airport then it’s a good option.

Friendly Staff. Nice family atmosphere.

We have stayed at this hotel one month and will be here for few more days. All the staff are very friendly and helpful which makes our stay very comfortable. The front desk, Mr. Tim Chen, has picked a quiet room for us since we are light sleeper. Also he tried his best to accommodate our needs and special request. The servers in the restaurant, such as Tim Wu and Freya, recommend good dishes so we enjoyed the meals very much! In addition, chef, 雨農 & 小瑋 has accepted our special request to make the soup no spicy for us. Last but not the least, the room service staff work very hard, especially Nadi.
