Sa Cabana Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We've just returned from a 4 night stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and very helpful. The room we had was gorgeous, with a wonderful terrace area. The hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway. Lovely and quiet and even though most rooms were occupied, it felt at times like you had the place to yourself, which was lovely. We ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was fantastic. I can recommend the calamari for starters and the hot chocolate cake for dessert. Simply delicious. The pool area was a great place to spend the late afternoon chilling after a day of exploring the island. Only 20mins from the airport and also a great location to get about and see some of the stunning beaches and coves.

The only very slight criticism was the hot tub temperature was a little cooler that we'd have liked. It didn't in any way spoil our time.

The hotel building is stunning and very well maintained. From the palm tree lined driveway to the view from our room. The staff were very welcoming, offering us a glass of cava on arrival. Jackie who works on reception made sure we had everything we needed, and when there was a slight issue with the room she corrected it immediately. We ate in the restaurant the first night, the service and food was fantastic! The right level of attentiveness and freshly prepared, tasty food at a good price.

Very quiet and tranquil, we wanted this type of holiday so this was perfect. Bedroom was amazing - we booked the suite which was huge with a terrace. Pool area was very nice and plenty of loungers. Grounds around the hotel are beautiful.

Service levels were poor for the amount paid and type of hotel. Not enough staff working - constantly ringing bells to get the one waiter to come to the bar from the restaurant and vice versa. And each staff member can only do their job so you cant ask the person in reception to get you a drink. 3 out of 4 mornings we had to set our own breakfast table with cutlery etc. Menu options are very limited especially if you’re vegetarian and not many lunch options. Breakfast was poor - limited options and never enough coffee cups so resulted in asking for more almost every morning. Nearest town is a 2 min drive and 25€ in a taxi!! It can be walked but it’s partly dual carriageway so not very safe. Hotel just lacked in other areas - no hand soap in the spa toilets, cold showers in the spa for example
