The setting is vert tranquil and relaxing. The hotel is well presented and clean. Our room was great lovely decor. Had dinner in the restaurant, very high class quality food and Presentation although expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, just the restaurant being expensive, was about €145 a person.

The location was good as we were travelling up to Calais from Spain; the hotel was very clean and the food at the Auberge restaurant was good although the atmosphere was stuffy. The staff we met were very friendly..
We booked a superior room and the room we got was standard and very dated with a dark brown bathroom suite and no proper shower. At 190 Euros a night we expected more than this, plus when I questioned the receptionist on this she said a standard room was the same as a superior room! why call them different things if they are the same. Also no alternative was offered even though we would have paid to upgrade. After driving for 5 hours we couldn't be bothered to argue.
