The rooms are dated but works well, I paid for one of the cheaper rooms so obviously there could be a quality difference as you go up in price.
There was nothing obviously bad to comment on. Parking is an issue but that’s not the fault of the owner.

Breakfast was excellent in every way - setting, tables, staff, service, selection of food available was fabulous and would suit every taste imaginable - a real daily highlight!
The location, beach, and local transport links made this the perfect spot for a short break, there was nothing to not like. We met some really nice people and just wish we could have stayed longer.

It is right opposite the beach. The breakfast is good (except for the sausages which are mostly filler) and the staff are helpful.
The decor and furniture is stuck in the 1970’s - it needs a complete makeover. There is also a bad musty smell as you enter the property.
